1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between:

and any person making a purchase via the website www.kamay.ch . Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website at the time of ordering.

Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Slight variations may exist due to the handcrafted manufacturing process and 3D printing.

3. Price

Prices are shown in CHF or EUR depending on the delivery area.

Delivery charges are listed separately:

  •             Switzerland: 5 CHF
  •             European Union: €8

Kamay reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Order

The order is considered firm after payment confirmation.

Kamay reserves the right to refuse an order in case of payment problems or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through secure payment solutions offered by Shopify (TWINT, credit cards, etc.). Kamay does not store bank details.

6. Manufacturing and delivery

Products are made to order. Manufacturing time is generally 2 business days, plus shipping time (3 to 7 business days depending on the destination). These times are estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

Kamay only ships to Europe.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns

In accordance with the provisions applicable to European consumers, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To initiate a return, the customer must use the link provided for this purpose on the website.

The product must be returned:

  • not used
  • in perfect condition
  • in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven product defect.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned product.

8. Responsibility

Kamay declines all responsibility in case of improper use of the product.

The charger must be used with an adapter and cable that comply with current standards.

9. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, design, Kamay logo, Kamay UNO design) are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction is prohibited without written permission.

10. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those of Kamay's headquarters, unless otherwise provided by law applicable to the consumer.
